A lively, natural-wine red that nods to old-vine vitality and terroir-driven freshness. Sourced from old Gamay vines on granite/volcanic soils around Beaujolais, the grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts via semi-carbonic maceration, then matured for 12 months in old oak (or amphora) before bottling — unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal intervention. The result: a medium-bodied red with pure, crunchy red-fruit and cherry flavours, subtle herbal and mineral undercurrents, supple tannins and a bright, energetic finish. Perfect slightly chilled or at cool room temperature — ideal alongside grilled meats, charcuterie, or hearty stews.
