A light, dry rosé made in the traditional Austrian ‘Gemischter satz’ style, showcasing the unique character of this first generation winemaker’s vineyard. All of their wines are made from exclusively organic or biodynamic grapes, free from sulphites and allowed to spontaneously ferment - expect a fresh and fruity taste. A family affair, even the label was designed by Florian’s brother.
