An ideal entry-level orange wine made in the traditional Austrian ‘Gemischter satz’ style, showcasing the unique character of this first generation winemaker’s vineyard. All of their wines are made from exclusively organic or biodynamic grapes, free from added sulphites and allowed to spontaneously ferment. With Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner leading the blend, expect bold citrus notes and an acidic kick. A family affair, even the label was designed by Florian’s brother.
