A bold rosé/red hybrid made in the traditional Austrian ‘Gemischter satz’ style, showcasing the unique character of this first generation winemaker’s vineyard. All of their wines are made from exclusively organic or biodynamic grapes, free from added sulphites and allowed to spontaneously ferment. With the blaufränkisch grape leading the blend, expect a slightly smoky taste with vibrant notes of raspberry, lime, and pomegranate. A family affair, even the label was designed by Florian’s brother.
