A bright, natural wine white from Rheinhessen. Made from a blend of grapes, mainly Scheurebe, Pinot Blanc, Huxelrebe (on skins), with Pinot Gris and Ortega directly pressed — it’s biodynamically farmed, spontaneously fermented, and bottled unfined, unfiltered. Expect a lively, golden-yellow wine with orchard‑fruit and herbal aromas, subtle spice, fresh acidity and a mineral edge. Light‑ to medium‑bodied and very drinkable — perfect chilled, especially with fish, shellfish or fresh salads.
