A lively, naturally sparkling white from the sun-baked hills of Penedès, Catalonia. Made from 100% native Xarel·lo grapes, hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, then bottled with residual sugar so that the second fermentation happens in-bottle — no filtration, no fining, no added sulphur. The result: fine, expressive fizz with bright citrus (think lemon peel, green apple), a mineral-saline edge and a nervy acidity — crisp, fresh, and terroir-driven. Best served chilled (6–8 °C), for aperitifs, seafood, shellfish, fresh salads or light tapas.
