A beautifully simple cordial. Handcrafted in small batches from Sussex grown apples that would otherwise have gone to waste, this sweet and tangy syrup has been traditionally used to preserve fruit since the 15th century. A dash of delicate cardamom makes for an aromatic, modern twist. Ideal for a ‘shrub and soda’ over ice, paired with bubbles, or elevating a cocktail this festive season.
