Big Salt Orange Rosé

An intriguing and expressive orange‑rosé hybrid with real personality. From the volcanic, windswept vineyards of Oregon’s Columbia Gorge, this wine is made with a blend of skin‑contact Pinot Gris and Ovum’s signature Big Salt white cuvée — a mix of Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Muscat — fermented and aged on lees with minimal intervention. The result is a hazy rose‑gold wine with vibrant aromatics of bright citrus and heady florals balanced by earthy spice — think ginger, turmeric and a hint of tropical fruit dancing together. The palate is soft yet structured, with a refreshing dry finish and a gentle tannic lift that bridges rosé freshness and orange wine texture. Perfect on its own chilled, or with grilled fish, crunchy salads and light fare.
