100% apples. Cider as it should be. A fruity, sparkling cider crafted regeneratively by Georgie and Cameron (former Head Brewer at Brixton Brewery) following the principles of low-intervention, natural wines. Grown in traditional orchards on the Cornish South Coast with the help of their flock of Shropshire sheep.The apples are collected from the orchard floor to ensure they’re perfectly ripe, wild fermented, and aged in ex-wine oak barrels for 11 months. They’re then bottled in small batches and left for a further 13 months.

Designed to be enjoyed at the table just like your favourite wine, best paired with salty, savoury dishes.
