A dry white. ‘Great Pig’ is dedicated to the bank executives who refused the vineyard a loan to set up the winery. Crafted according to regenerative and organic practices by Gonzalo on his family’s vineyards, where he grew up. When his father became seriously ill due to his exposure to herbicides and insecticides, Gonzalo took over and transformed the winery. Unfined and unfiltered, expect a medium bodied, fresh and fruity taste.
