A full bodied red, beautiful alongside venison as your Sunday roast. Having previously sold their grapes on to other makers, this fourth generation family vineyard now makes their own organic wine, handpicked and then vinified in the basement of the family home. With Vall del Gaià making up 95% of the blend expect dark, acidic notes lifted by bright cherry.
