A velvety smooth rosé made in the traditional Austrian ‘Gemischter satz’ style, showcasing the unique character of this first generation winemaker’s vineyard. All of their wines are made from exclusively organic or biodynamic grapes, free from added sulphites and allowed to spontaneously ferment. With Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt leading the blend, expect a warm tone with wild notes of cranberry and bramble. A family affair, even the label was designed by Florian’s brother.
