A light, natural wine red that flirts with rosé toned freshness while staying rooted in low‑intervention, terroir driven craft. Sourced from 15 year-old Gamaret vines grown organically at 300 m altitude (Chirobles / Beaujolais), the grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed via a short (8‑hour) direct‑press cycle — then vinified without added sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. The result: a delicate, easy‑drinking red with an almost rosé like hue, offering crunchy, tangy fruit, a playful candy sweet freshness, subtle mineral lift and feather‑light texture. Best enjoyed lightly chilled or at cool room temperature — ideal with light dishes, charcuterie, cold meats or summer style fare.
