A tart, aromatic shrub. Handcrafted in small batches from salvaged fruit grown in East Anglia that would otherwise have gone to waste, this sweet and tangy syrup has been traditionally used to preserve fruit since the 15th century. Deep and fragrant, quince lends a fragrant lift to the wonderfully tart redcurrant sloe. Just perfect for a ‘shrub and soda’ over ice, paired with bubbles, or elevating a cocktail this festive season.
£5 from every bottle will be donated to UKHarvest, a charity dedicated to preventing food insecurity and waste.
